Creators of the Pilot Ollie and Pilot Polly books, Plane Characters, wanted to get feedback on their pilot episode and app, inspired by the books.

We tested the pilot episode and app in-home, then gained feedback from parents through a WhatsApp focus group.

We were able to highlight what parents liked about the show, to support the client’s investment pitches and marketing.
