Brand licensing company DHX Brands (now Wildbrain), known for popular properties such as the Teletubbies, wanted to define a market sub-category in the preschool space to increase retail opportunities.
We carried out focus groups, surveys, and accompanied shops with parents to identify the pain points, key milestones, and shopping habits of the target audience.
The research was used to develop a framework for the First Steppers initiative.
