Award-winning, international creative agency R/GA wanted to test an innovative feature in the McDonald’s Happy Meal app.

SOLUTION

We tested the app feature via video call with child and parent pairs. Sessions were recorded to be shared with key stakeholders.

We were able to provide evidence so the client could assess the benefit of moving from the current software to an alternative, to improve usability.
