Jillian is a master strategist in consumer insights, innovation, and brand, a patented inventor, and an entrepreneur.

Her passion for marketing and innovation is fueled by her natural curiosity, creative instincts, love of new products, and fascination with consumer behavior.

She has spent her career building successful new product, positioning, and launch strategies for some of the country’s leading brands as well as a number of entrepreneurial ventures, including her own award-winning toy company with national and international distribution.

Recent toy and early childhood projects: Founder & CEO, Yoee Baby – a line of baby toys designed for bonding through play from Day One; brand strategy for Kodo Kids, INCCRRA (State of Illinois early childhood development network), Authentic Agility Games, ASTRA.

New toy innovation, new food innovation, restaurant brand strategy, qualitative research for multiple consumer brands, insight and strategy ASTRA Innovation Council.
