problem

Wildbrain, home to numerous beloved preschool brands, sought to gain a deeper understanding of how their content was perceived across different regions. They aimed to evaluate consumer views in Europe, Asia, and the USA to better tailor their offerings and improve engagement. By gathering and analysing feedback from these diverse markets, Wildbrain aimed to refine their content strategy and enhance their global appeal.

The
Solution

We conducted observed play days, interviews, and surveys to thoroughly explore consumer opinions and behaviours. The Wildbrain team had the opportunity to witness firsthand how children interacted with their own brands and those of key competitors at our Hitchin Good Play Zone. This immersive approach provided valuable insights into children’s preferences and engagement levels, enabling Wildbrain to make informed decisions about content and strategy based on real-world observations and comprehensive feedback.
